Any violation of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and alpha88 reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal action where necessary.

All financial transactions on the alpha88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.

Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount varies depending on the chosen payment method. alpha88 accepts deposits via local payment options including DuitNow, Boost, and direct bank transfer. Successful deposits will be credited to your account within the timeframe specified for each respective method.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals can only be processed once user identity verification is complete. Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account or e-wallet is in their own name. alpha88 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of unauthorised activity.

Any disputes relating to transactions must be reported to the support team within 14 days of the transaction date.

Alpha88 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of any terms and conditions set out in this document.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in any manner that contravenes the applicable promotion terms.
• Request by the relevant authorities or court order.
• Account inactivity exceeding the period specified by the platform's policy.

Users whose accounts have been suspended or closed due to a breach of these terms are not entitled to any compensation. Valid account balances may be reclaimed subject to investigation and verification by alpha88.

Alpha88 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.

All content on the alpha88 platform — including logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and the user interface — is the exclusive intellectual property of alpha88 or its relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or using any such content without prior written consent from alpha88.
